Introduction
Giko provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access entertainment content (“Giko content”) over the Internet on Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other devices. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service.
1. Membership
1.1. Your Giko membership will continue until terminated. To use the service you must have Internet access and provide one or more valid Payment Methods.
1.2. We may offer different plans or promotional memberships. Details will be shown during sign-up.
2. Promotional Offers
We may offer promotional plans (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Giko at its sole discretion. Members of households with an existing or recent subscription may not qualify.
Billing and Cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle
Your membership fee and other charges will be billed to your Payment Method on the date indicated in your account. Your billing date may change based on payment failures or plan changes.
3.2. Payment Method
You must provide a valid Payment Method. If your primary method fails, you authorize charges to any other method linked to your account.
3.4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. You will retain access until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
3.5. Changes to Price or Plans
We may adjust pricing or plans with at least 30 days’ notice. You may cancel if you do not accept the updated pricing.
Giko Service
The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Content availability varies by location. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.
We may terminate your account for violating these Terms or for fraudulent use.
Passwords & Account Access
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password or payment details with others. Maintain accurate account information.
Warranties & Limitations
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. You agree to waive all indirect or consequential damages except where legally prohibited.
